Terms & Conditions
1. Reservation and Booking:
1.1. Reservations can be made online, via phone, or in person.
1.2. A valid Bkash or Nagad Account is required to secure a reservation.
1.3. 100% advance to be paid for Confirmed Reservation for only 01 (one) night stay for any number of rooms.
1.4. 02 (two) or more than 02 (two) days booking, 50% of the total bill must be paid in advance.
1.5. Booking date can be transferable upon the availability of room.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy:
2.1. No Refund on Advance Payment: All advance payments are non-refundable.
2.2. Cancellations Within 72 Hours: For cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled check-in, no refunds or adjustments will be provided.
2.3. Cancellations Prior to 72 Hours: For cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance, the advance payment can be rolled over and applied to the customer’s next visit.
2.4. Refund will not be admissible for no show.
2.5. Unless delayed arrival is reported in advance, booking shall stand cancelled at 05:00 PM on the date of arrival.
2.6. If any guest shortens the duration of confirmed stay after arrival, the advance paid for the unoccupied period will not be refunded.
2.7. If any guest wishes to extend the confirmed duration of stay, then he/she must inform front desk in advance, extension will be accepted upon the availability of rooms. Enhanced tariff (if any) shall be payable by the party even though the original booking is done at the rate of previous tariff.
2.8. Any reservation can be cancelled solely by the authority under unavoidable circumstances with regret.
- Check-in and Check-out:
3.1. Check-in time is 12:00 AM.
3.2. Check out time is 11.00 AM. Delayed Check out up to 03:00 PM may be allowed upon availability of rooms as additional charge @ 20% of the room rent.
- Eco-Friendly Practices:
4.1. Guests are encouraged to participate in our eco-friendly initiatives, including water and energy conservation.
4.2. Use of environmentally friendly products is encouraged.
- Code of Conduct:
6.1. Guests are expected to respect other guests and staff.
6.2. Loud or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
6.3. Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
- Wildlife and Nature Conservation:
7.1. Guests are not allowed to disturb or feed wildlife on the resort premises.
7.2. Respect for the natural environment is crucial; guests are expected to follow designated trails and paths.
- Liability:
8.1. The resort is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
8.2. Guests participate in activities at their own risk.
8.3. Guests are responsible for any damage to resort property caused by their negligence.
- Force Majeure:
9.1. The resort is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
- Governing Law:
10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation.
By using our services and facilities, guests agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Oronner Din Ratri reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
